Dr. Pham enjoys Yoga, road biking, Disneyland, going to the movies, and game nights with friends and family.
“Dr. Marko Yacoub (Yeah-Coob) joined our Giggles and Grace Pediatric dentistry team all the way from the East Coast. Having grown up with an older brother who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at birth, Dr. Yacoub has a profound understanding of the diversity of various children’s needs. Dr. Yacoub strives to provide each child and their families with the compassion and personalized patient care they deserve, and he strives to treat each family, as if it were his own. He received his B.S in Biology at Pennsylvania State University (Let’s Go State!) and his DMD at Temple University, in Philadelphia, PA. He went on to complete a general practice residency at St. Luke’s University Hospital, in Bethlehem, PA. After his training at St. Luke’s, Dr. Yacoub practiced at a non-profit pediatric dental clinic in the heart of Philly.
Dr. Yacoub then went on to complete his pediatric dental specialty training at Geisinger Medical Center, in Danville, PA, where he was able to fine tune his skills in all aspects of pediatric patient care and special health care needs. After completing his two year residency training, Dr. Yacoub stayed on as a pediatric dentist attending at Geisinger, where he played an integral role in training residents, while continuing to treat patients in the clinic and the OR.
Community service also holds a big part in Dr. Yacoub’s heart, as he has been on several dental mission trips throughout the country, as well as internationally, in Bolivia and Egypt. Although Dr. Yacoub is a recent transplant to the West Coast, he and his wife, Diana, are ecstatic to be a part of the community. Some of Dr. Yacoub’s interests include ALL (and yes, we mean ALL) sports, photography, and flying drones. His favorite Disney movies are “Coco” and “Luca”, but you can also probably catch him singing “Let it Go” throughout the office!”
